*Please note that the spay/neuter clinic does not have a full-time receptionist at this time. We have limited capacity to answer phone calls during the surgery week. If your phone call is not answered immediately, please leave a detailed message and we will contact you within 48 hours. For optimum response time, please call during the following hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4 to 6 pm, Thursdays from 330 to 530 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 5pm.
Our hours of operation are:
- Tuesday & Wednesday (spay & neuter): 6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Friday (vaccinations only): 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Vaccinations can still be obtained on Tuesdays or Wednesdays in addition to spay/neuter services but Fridays are vaccinations only.

Spay/NeuterPlease note that all spay/neuter appointments require a non-refundable $10 deposit to ensure that appointments are kept. If your appointment is kept, the deposit will be subtracted from your bill.
